Could the PropScope sample 10Mbps Ethernet?

As I understand it, the PropScope can sample at up to 25 Mbps on each channel, and works fine with bipolar signals. Would it be possible then to monitor/debug ethernet packets, or would a pulse transformer still be required?

Also, that LTC2286 ADC looks like a very nice choice. There are going to be pin compatible ADCs extending up to 105 Mbps and 12 bits in that same family. Congrats to Parallax and Hanno on a great product and the whole open source vibe

It might be easier to use an Ethernet Phy chip, and monitor the signals coming out of that. I don't think that the Propscope has enough bandwidth, though.
