MIDI coming to 12Blocks

Andy has built an awesome object that plays midi files on the Propeller. See here. I'm now building a "virtual piano" wizard that will let you easily play music into the Propeller.

12Blocks already includes graphical wizards to let you easily do things like draw graphic sprites and vector drawing. Soon you'll be able to drag a block called "play midi" to your worksheet and click it's parameter to start the "virtual piano wizard". This will let you play music on your pc by typing keys, clicking on the keys, or using an external midi instrument. As you play, your pc will use MIDI to play the notes. You can choose from different MIDI instruments and even change left/right pan. You can record and playback what you enter or use external MIDI files. When you're happy, click the "Run" button and your propeller project will play your music!

Since everything is integrated this will make it super easy for kids (and professionals) to add music to their projects.

What do you think?
