I would like to control two very small dc motors using the basic stamp board. I tried to use the high and low commands with the pins and hooking up the other lead from the motor to the ground. Did not work. Can anybody tell me how i can control these two motors? They are the little dc motors you can buy at radioshack.

You need some sort of driver, The stamp can't supply enough current for a motor. Check the sticky·thread, look for "controlling a motor" and "controlling a relay". The relay section has a schematic that shows how to use·a protection diode, the motor section doesn't mention one but you need it for any inductive load or you risk damaging your stamp. "What's a microcontroller", a free download, has a section using a transistor also.

And just fyi if you edit you post, use the pencil icon, to something descriptive you will get more, faster, and better responses.
