Actually, probably what I should have asked was "What code?", but it just seemed obvious. Please, if you want to ask a question, give us a teensy bit of information to work with!

What code, from where? What are you trying to do with it? On what are you planning to do something with it? I mean, really.. Even my girlfriend (who is an expert mind reader) had zero idea what you were asking.

I think you are saying that you are having trouble downloading code from the OBEX because your computer doesn't recognize it?

    -Are you running Windows/Linux/Mac?

If you are running Windows, all the files on the OBEX are zip files (to my knowledge), so after you download them you have to extract them. Some of the files do not have the .zip extension so windows won't let you extract it. You just have to add ".zip" to the end of the filename so that it is recognized, and then you can right click and "Extract All".

    Hope that helps.

So that would suggest it did program the chip OK. Remember if you want the program to be there after the power is turned off and on again you must press F11, this will write the program to the EEPROM not just the propeller memory.
