Has anyone tried to do what I've drawn in the attachment? I know that's overkill but there are other things I'd connect to the router/bridge.

I don't want a computer involved (except for configuration), only what's in the attachment. I've even talked to very experienced IT guys and I can't get a straight answer. There are some very inexpensive wireless routers out ther right now, saw an ad for single stream wireless N for $9.99 LOL

Brfore I go out to buy parts and experiment I'd really appreciate if anyone who has tried this will share their experiences.

THANKS!

I had at one time a BS2 reading a Sensirion SHT11 and sending the values to a P.I.N.K hosted web page. The P.I.N.K was connected wirelessly to my Linksys router through a Trendnet TEW-430APB operating in bridge mode (basically the left half of your diagram). It worked fine and the web page was viewable over the internet.
