im taking robotics this course and i have no idea how im going to solve the h.w [noparse]:([/noparse]
it's kind of hard
this is the question

Logic 0 will be read at P9. Program your Boe-bot with 4 LEDs (connected to P5, P4,
P1, and P0) for the following functionality:
1. Each time the push button is pressed; LEDs must light up and display the
binary count of number of presses. (MSB on P5 and LSB on P0).
2. If the count reaches 15 then it should reset to 0 at the next push button press.
3. If push button is NOT pressed for 5 seconds, LEDs should start flashing (all
On then all OFF and so on…[noparse];)[/noparse] and the robot should start to move forward.
Use a delay of 100 ms between the lighting up of one LED and the next one.
Bonus points will be given for incorporating optimality in coding.
