Infraceing basic stamp with computer

So i just built a car computer.· I want to use my steering wheel controls to control the pc volume and seek ....· I think it works under resistence.· here is the specs i got from the manual.· Can this be done?? I want the stamp to figure out the voltages and them through usb turn up the vol etc.....

    OK, with an ADC and the stamp you can monitor the voltages and send a serial string to the PC. What you do with it there is up to you and the program you write to control the radio/audio device.
