about the the new x band motion detector

i just got the x band motion detector in,and wanted to know how do you mount it,does the 2 boards come apart to access the the 2 holes

The boards don't come apart.· You can use 3/4" 4-40 screws to go through the motion detector for mounting.

if i place inside a plastic box with a cover,will it effect the output of the sensor

also test point is it analog

A plastic box is practically invisible to high frequency radio waves. Alternately, if it works through walls than it should work through plastic.
