Here is a decent freebe that allows you to export to·an image file (see attached) or printer without an anoying watermark.

"Unfortunately I can't upload an .xls file to forum to show an example"· - Sure you can , just change the 'l' to a "1"... You have to change it back once you have downloaded it, but at least that way people still get a pretty good idea as to what kind of program it is.· "xls" vs. "x1s"
