Read the documentation for the RFID Reader. It shows you exactly how to do that. There is a link to the documentation on the Parallax webstore page for the RFID Reader. Go to www.parallax.com, and type "RFID Reader" in the search box. On the webstore page for the Reader, there's a list of links for documentation and sample programs about 1/2 way down the page.

What "other program"? The documentation and sample programs do work. Have you tried them? What happened? What's different about what you have compared to what's described in the documentation? What do you want to do that's different from what the sample programs do?
