Rigid shaft Coupling question

About a year ago I came across a coupling sleeve or insert to reduce the bore on the other end of the coupling and now I cannot, for the life of me, remember the name of the item.· The rigid coupling that I am using is 1/4 on both ends, but I obviously need a smaller diameter on the other.· I know they exist, but my extensive search is yielding no results.· Can anyone help?

Maybe a reducer? Are you trying to find it from Boston gear or Stock Drive Components?

I came across it on Grainger about a year ago.· I typed in reducer before and I didn't see what it was I was looking for.· When you mentioned those companies in your post did you see something similar?
