I'm new at this Basic Stamp stuff, and my teacher is, to say the least, bad. To this point he has not once shown us how to properly wire up a button for input control. Can someone give me a real quick explanation? Like, where do the leads from the button plug into for my program to read high when the button is pushed, assuming I want the input pin to be pin 10 for instance.
Also, I know I need a 220 resistor, but how is it wired?
Thanks in advance.

BTW) Just a bit of friendly advice, your 'bad' teacher could be a forum member
