Does the POT Function Work on BS2 models?

Hi Everyone,
I was reading the reference manual and it has an example for the "POT" function for bs1. I tried using it with a bs2 but it did not work. Is it possible to use this on the BS2?

    Lookup "RCTIME".

A little more detail ... The POT statement was replaced with the RCTIME statement which is more useful and more powerful. There's a good discussion of this statement also on Tracy Allan's website ... www.emesystems.com. Click on the "app-notes" link at the bottom of the page.

    Chiques,

There·areo some examples given in the What's A Microcontroller Text (free for download). It uses a POT with RCTIME and a BS2; so if you wanted to get some wiring and programming assistance that could be an useful book to reference. Here is a link for your convenience. RCTIME command starts on page 151, however the whole book is a great starting point for programming the BASIC Stamp 2 module.

    I hope this helps,
