DIP plus kit parts through digikey

Hello,
So I ran into one final snag.. No one except digikey has all the parts I need to buy the prop chip ad components through except digikey. I found all the parts I needed except for the capacitors and crystal. There are so many of what all appear to be the same (after you have narrowed it down to for example the Capacitor, Electrolytic, 6.3 V, 1000 µF)!
Please help me by posting the digikey parts number for the parts that will work for the following. Thank you I have never used digikey before and find it confusing and amazing with how many seemingly identical products are on there
Capacitor, Electrolytic, 6.3 V, 1000 µF
Capacitor, Electrolytic, 25 V, 0.47 µF
Crystal 5.00 MHz, 20 pF, HC-49/µs
32 kB EEPROM, DIP-8
3.3 V regulator, TO220 package ---->>> edited from the TO92 under recommendation
Thank you very much, this has been a rather stressful evening because of this and any help is appreciated. : )

I think you will find you will fairly quickly exceed the allowable power dissipation for a TO92 regulator. You should probably be looking at a TO220 for thru-hole and breadboard work.

There are often many duplicate valid parts from different companies, different packaging options, and different quantities. If you are not having the parts assembled then packaging does not matter and unless you have a bias against a company neither does the manufacturer.
I do recommend only choosing ROHS compliant parts. not needed outside Europe but most parts are available and you never know what you may want to do in the future.
