1. Propstick USB from Parallax
2. 5DOF IMU from Sparkfun
3. Motor Mount and Wheel Kit with Position Controller from parallax
4. HB25 from parallax

i have no idea to build the programming the balancing robot, would you like to show me some direction to build this robot,,, thank you b4

Simple questions we can give help with. "I have no idea" questions are really hard to answer, especially when they mix "build" and "program".

You might want to ask a more detailed question.

i have made a control design of my robot using PID controller in Matlab simulink and it looks good in simulation, but i dont know what is the next step to convert this into spin leanguage. In sensoring using 5DOF IMU i used the kalman filter, and i got the angle of pitch and roll, rate of pitch and roll, but i can't build the spin code to balance the robot. Can you show me an example of this...

Not really ... There are lots of examples, but they're bits and pieces and you'll just have to learn enough Spin and learn enough about the Propeller to modify the pieces and integrate them.

The Propeller Object Exchange is one source of examples and building blocks.

The Google search engine (search.parallax.com) can be helpful. For example, here's a thread on Kalman filters and their use for a balancing robot that showed up on a search for Kalman and Propeller: http://forums.parallax.com/showthread.php?p=696561.
