HB-25 Controller Pulse voltage

Will an HB-25 motor controller work correctly on a 3.3v control pulse from a Propeller chip or does it require a 5v pulse?

Thanks,
Tony

are you running in single pulse (mode 1) with Communication Timeout shut off or are you refreshing the controller like a servo?

I am unable to get the controllers to work with a single pulse as the documentation states, but can make them run by refreshing like a servo.

    Help and ideas most appreciated,

Tony, I spent yesterday searching for specs and such, but I could not find the thresholds for the HB-25. I did find many people using the HB-25 with the propeller and it seems they were running it with no modifications as far as levels.

Did you shoot tech support an email. Chris or Josh or Dave may know something.

I was just thinking of doing that. I have tried many different things. Currently I am running one motor controller from by Propeller Professional Development Board with the same results. Must refresh to make run and with a single pulse I get a motor jerk and nothing more.

According to the documentation it shouldn't be this hard. Sure wish I could discover what I am doing wrong.

Thanks to all that have responded!
