I think if you think about it: at this level of size, the computer/control system and the mechanism being controlled are one and the same. Biochemistry: the ultimate embedded control system! The complexity is staggering. And what the animation does not and can not show are all the other gazillion molecules flitting and colliding with one another, the molecules that are not part of what's being talked about in the video. It's insanely elegant.
Regardless of whatever we think the "Human Being" truely is, there can be no disagreement that the body is the most complex, "contained" system we can observe!
