My Propeller Platform Module

On Sat I received my Propeller Platform (PP) board from Gadget Gangster, I got the assembled version. I like the the board a lot, has anybody else purchased one? Jon laid out the board quite nicely, and I like the hefty power supply; now I will not have to worry to much when I power it with 12VDC. Good job Jon. Whoever did the soldering of the board also did a very nice job.
I want to get a couple things clarified-
As I look at P28, and P29 header, that can be used as an I2C buss, correct? What are the limitations, since I only see one resistor?
The power header has VIN,V50,V33, and GND connector. Can I bring in a 5VDC, and GND wire to power up the whole board, or does it just provide a 5VDC source to the header on the other side of the board? I looked at the schematic, and could not figure that one out. The other one is the VIN+GND connection, does the on/off switch still control that circuit? I am not an EE, and never claimed to be one :)
Are there any "shields" in the works? I guess maybe a propeller+ram expansion "shield", I think there has been some talk about wanting more cogs, i/o, and memory. Maybe a "shield" would be a nice compact way to go. Just an idea.

To answer your questions;
1 - the power switch does control the Vin at the headers - flip off the switch and no Vin at the connector.
2 - I'm pretty sure you can add 5V at the header, but I haven't tried it. Does anyone else know if you can provide a regulated voltage to the output half of a regulator without any problems (if the regulator input isn't connected)?
Currently, there are a few modules;
Propeller Platform Module
LCD UI Module
Prototyper Module
A few more are in production;
Mono LCD and Color LCD touchscreen
DMX IO
Arduino Converter
There are also a few designs 'in the wings'
Picaxe 40 / 28
Video IP
@cluso - I can't actually tell if your RamBlade will connect to the Propeller Platform, are the power connections the same?
