Wiring BOE BS2 to RFID Reader and LCD

Has anyone connected·a BS2 on a BOE to a RFID reader card and gotten the results of the scans to display on the LCD?

I'd also like to control a relay from the scan from the BS2.

Need a photo of the wiring and the code if it's around. Thanks. Bob
