I believe they're deliberately not provided because of the use of the BoeBot in educational settings. You can cut and paste the programs from the on-line version of the text.
The HelloOnceEverySecond.bs2 program is on page 45. It's assuming you had done that exercise and then saved it. It's quite short and takes a few seconds to type. That's how the book works really. One thing builds on another and another and so on. It's a well laid out book and can learn a lot from. It's not a recipe cook book.

So, I don't know what's involved in this program - I can't find either a printed version I could replicate or the .bs2 file.
