Hello,
I just was given three free Palm TX units. I want to use one as a serial datalogger. I looked up the pinout d found that there is an RX, TX, and Ground pin. It is a TTL but with 0v low and 3.3 high. Just like the prop? Is there a circuit to interface with it that I can send prop serial data to the Palm TX? Anyhelp would be appreciated.

You should be able to just connect the two devices. Practically speaking, you should put a 330 Ohm resistor in each lead in case you wire it wrong or have a programming error that makes the wrong pin an output. The Propeller's I/O circuitry is pretty forgiving. Not so the Palm's. RX and TX get connected to two I/O pins on the Prop, each via a 330 Ohm resistor, and the grounds are tied together. That's it.

Just interface the Prop pins directly to the Palm but use series resistors in the TX and RX of around 100 to 1000 ohms.

IIRC you will need to invert the pins (in software using FDX) as the palm connected directly to the pc serial port.
