Propeller Tool bug

If I run the Tool, use F7 to check the connection to the target board, and then quit the Tool, I always get a program crash with the following diagnostics:

I haven't bothered tracing or viewing the error log, but I often get a crash msg when exiting the Prop Tool on my XP boxes.· Doesn't seem to hurt anything, though I have got into the habit of saving before exiting.
