what is the difference between the black and white wires connection ?

    You will have to clarify your question. It could mean anything, including dealing with household AC when just referring to black and white wires.

    Sir,
    Parallax provides white,black and red bundles of wires .
    So, the functions of these wires in various circuits is to be informed?

    In the servo connector, white is signal, black is ground, and red is Vin (usually 5v)

    THey make it easier to follow the different logic levels on your project. If you use all red for 5v and black for all ground connections then you know exactly what pins do what and if they become disconnected you would know what level they are to not damage any parts when you reconnect them.· Mostly personal preference on how you connect things.
