Failure of Basic Stamp homework board to process data returned by PLX-DAQ

While using PLX-DAQ, the "simple test.bs2, my system doesn't seem to branch when the row exceeds 300. I have modied the time out, and inserted a few other things to try and "slow down" incase I was missing the Tow variable being updated.

I have also noticed that in the simple test with bar graphs program, my program doesn't seem to read the User1 check box. Anyone have any ideas?
