Object Questions involving ADCs

Hello all,

I have been checking out the ObEx and I came across an object that looks to be a perfect fit for my application.

I will be using the Propeller (obviously) and this little gadget from SparkFun:

My question is, do I need the ADC that is spoken about in the Object description? (MCP3208 ADC)

Where can I get one if I do need it?

Yes, you need the specific ADC unless you want to modify the existing code to use some other device. They're generally not interchangable.
