I can't get my code to print. I always get an error message saying: List index out of bounds (0).

I downloaded the beta version of SXB and it behaves the same way.

    Marshall,

SX/B is a compiler and has nothing at all to do with printing. The IDE does the printing. What version of the IDE are you using?

    Thanks,

The same thing happened to me yesterday using 2.92H and SX/B 2.00.30 BETA. I selected some code and then went to Print the selected code from the FILE, PRINT, SELECTION and got the same message. I had to copy the selected code and paste into Notepad and then printed the entire notepad message with the code.

I have had that problem for over a year already and have not found an answer. It does it on both XP SP3 computers as well as in windows 2000. (2.92X and SX/B 2.00.XX)

Tonight I upgraded to the latest software (3.3.0) and using SX/B 2.00.30 BETA and it works fine now with no error.

Try upgrading to the latest. I'm also using Vista.

    Chet and edgellmh,

Did you upgrade to the 3.3.0 release yet to see if it solves your printing problem?

    Thanks,
    PeterM

I am having trouble getting SX/B 2.00.3 to work. I have downloaded it and overwritten the existing SXB.exe file with the new one. I then moved an example.sxb file to that directory and double clicked it. I had to tell the machine what program to use. When I told it to use either SXB.exe or SXKey.exe (v3.2.92) the code loads on a black window and then disappears.

I loaded SXB 2.00.3 successfully on a second computer but the printing problem remains exactly as before.

    Edgellmh-
Did you upgrade the SX-Key software or just the SXB compiler? From your post it looks like you just installed SXB compiler. The new SX-Key software can be found here:

Vista is a pain with selecting which program to use. I think I just deleted the 3.2.92 version of SX-Key, file folder and all.
