Wireless internet camera

I was looking for a cheap wireless internet camera that has Pan/Tilt/Zoom capability for a project. I was looking for under $100. If anyone has seen one please let me know. I was hoping to make a roving security robot and be able to use the internet to view and control the camera direction.

Something like this: www.dealextreme.com/details.dx/sku.26358? Well, okay, no zoom; but that's asking a bit much for under $100.

Have a look at the Edimax IC-1520DPg which are WiFi capable. These are about US$110 here, new and thats through the official channels... so you should be able to find them cheaper without too much trouble.

You can pick the Canon VCC1 pan-tilt-zoom cameras up second hand for around the $120 mark from time to time. Quality is very good and they have an RS232 port for controlling. But they don't transmit wirelessly, just composite ntsc video out. You would have to do that bit yourself.

Thanks. Other than no zoom the one that Phil has suggested would work great. The one that Tubular suggested I cannot find in the US, oh well. Thanks for the suggestions though.
