New Object: RCTime PASM

I'm actually really surprised that something like this hasn't already been put on the Obex.
This object boasts, more accurate timing, and less power usage than the SPIN variety. The *_forever mode allows the controlling cog to receive continuous input of RC times. And for single RC time samples, a built-in watchdog timer so the cog won't halt completely if a problem with the RC circuit occurs.
As a demo, a proximity "touch" sensor was setup. Only using a resistor, a metal plate, and the RCTime PASM object sensing the capacitance changes are easy!

I know, it seems like every day I am putting up a new object (yesterday was Frequency Synthesis X31), but I'm just flushing out some objects I wrote for specific purposes of mine, and adapting them so I can share them with the world! Shouldn't everyone be doing that?
