New object: Frequency Synthesis X31 -- one cog!

While it's not the cleanest output (especially when a lot of output channels or high frequencies are used) it could serve some broad purposes. I made it to expand upon my Frequency Synthesis X6 object and strengthen my skills with self-modifying code (it ended up a bit messy, but I think it is the best that can be done -- someone please let me know if there are better ways to alter that many values).
This object is a bit slower (than the X6), but much more expandable. You can pile on all kinds of outputs at once. I will (in the future) replace the first two outputs with counters. This will clean up the outputs over all and allow for all 32 pins to be enabled as outputs at once (if some insane person actually wanted to do that).
You can download it here: Frequency Synthesis X31
Let me know what you think.
