I have been using Labcenter electronics VSM for over a year now to emulate the basic stamp, learn how to program it and make it play with other electronic parts. This has allowed me to do many simulations before breadbording or completing projects. I have also been able to complete most of the stamps in class materials.
Will the propeller be availble as a VSM model? This is an excellent way to learn a new micrcontroller.

However, I think a good simulator works even better for understanding processor operation...· I would really like to find a good one for the Propeller.· Gear doesn't have many options, and I've had trouble running pPropellerSim.

Anyone can get a login on their new model forum and make a request. Just fyi .
This software is not that cheap $150+ but I can tell you as a CAD manager in the silicon valley this is an excellent tool and well worth the price.

EDIT: Not finding the place to do this. I don't see a new model area in the forum, and when I click on 'Request Model' it brings me to the list of supported models....
