Prop USB stack to wireless keyboard+mouse ???

I have read a few threads where it has been said that the prop can do very simple USB for simple serial or keyboard devices, even if it violates the specifications.

You can buy wireless keyboard & mouse combinations with a USB receiver.

For those of you that have played with USB - Do you think it is possible to program the·prop to be a master USB port (spec violations acceptable) to run the USB receiver for a wireless keyboard and mouse ???

Don't know... But, now that you mention it, I think I have an old Logitech wireless setup with PS/2 interface...

Maybe that's the easiest way to give my BoeBot wireless control? Right now, I'm planning on using a wireless NunChuck to I2C...

I'm looking at going the Nordic approach to achieve wireless kb/mouse with my Prop-in-an-SD

Specifically this module for prototyping.· Its compact and has the chip antenna built in, but isn't the latest nordic chip.· I don't think the wireless kb's and mice I have would use the latest either though.

Tubular: nice sparkfun module. I don't know if this could interface easily to the 2.4GHz keyboard and mouse though.

Leon: I note you skepticism. Cannot the pic do this in a minimal way? If so, surely the prop could - even if violating the spec - as long as it could talk to one USB RF module (for keyboard + mouse).

I have an old RF keyboard & mouse that communicates to a box plugged into 2 PS2 sockets on a pc. I was looking to use...
* 1 pair of pins
* 1 connector
* 1 cog (maybe +1 with spin)
