Dscope File

Hi guys I was reading a post and everyone was discussing the Dscope software for the prop I downloaded it but I can not get the file to do anyhting it says its a zip file but when I try to force it to unzip it just says can not read file
this looks like an awesome program can anyone point me to a working copy I tried using the search function and scanned the whole Obex Dir but found nothing

Jazzed it works fine I don't know sometimes I think I get to lost in this stuff hope we get snow this year I want to build an electronic fuel injection system for my snowmobile using the prop
there is a real nice system out there using a microchip but the code is locked up
