RSS Reader Not Working

I'm having trouble getting the RSS Reader to work with the MoBo Stamp Motherboard. I'm getting the following message in the attached file.
Installed on my computer is Windows XP with service pack 3 installed and logged on to the internet using the Verizon Wireless Broadband. Any Help would be appreciated.

    Is carp/heavy where the program expects it?

    There are no files by that name in the directory

    I'd download and reinstall the software then. Or read the manual, perhaps you need to create this file.

    I downloaded the files from parallax's site (http://www.parallax.com/Portals/0/Downloads/sw/rss_reader.zip). There are only four files, the one I think I'm having trouble with is the

    rss_reader.exe file. I open the file it comes up with the DOS box and then loads up the rss_client file in the Basic Stamp.·After it loads the Stamp file it flashes the error in the DOS Box and goes away. I think Phil Pilgrim designed the software, he may know more about it.
