I am looking forward to Jon's next installment in N&V. Anybody know the date when the digital version is usually available? As I understand, subscribers get it a little earlier.

TIA

    Thanks Bill,

I knew is was coming in the Sept. issue, but I was wondering if the digital version came out before the newstand version. I just signed up, and was wanting to read it before it hit the newstands.

I remember the tabloid version back in the 90's. Boy, they took up a lot of space.

    Hi Jim,

01 Sept. Release date for the Sept. N&V Digital Edition? Either policy has changed or they're a week late. I just looked at all the file dates in my N&V download folder, they almost all happen on or near the the 20th of the month, and there are a lot of them.

    Thanks David,

I was probably talking to a third-party subcription service, and they didn't know. But that's good news!

Well, I was hoping to see Waldo Part Deux as Jon elated to in the July 2009 Spin Zone.

Jon, I guess we have to wait untill November?

Not November -- I'm holding off a little longer trying to find easier-to-procure parts that will fit onto the Propeller Platform. November is a DMX IO module for the P/P -- I've never covered DMX in my column so I thought it would be worth doing.

Lesson learned: I won't be saying "We're doing *this* next time..." again. Sorry.
