PropMod is not working
Microcontrolled
Posts: 2,461
I have recieved a PropMod from mctrivia and it worked properly. That is, until I hooked it up to a Boe Bot body and had it run servos. It worked for a while then, until I accidentally plugged in a wall wart without taking the battery off first! I had it protected by a 5-volt regulator but somehow it still got damaged somehow. Although I did do this, I believe the trouble with it started BEFORE I did that and somehow my PropMod just broke for no reason. Now when you plug it in with all the proper regulated connections and everything it STILL doesn't work and the power light goes out until you unplug it. I assume that it is shorted somewhere to cause this but could anyone tell me WHERE so that I can attemp to fix it?
Thanks in advance!
