improvements to Propeller IDE

Is there a forum for discussion suggestions/improvements/etc? I would very much like a splitter bar in the edit window so that I can view two different parts of a file at the same time. I think this would be handy considering all the constants and variables have to be at the top of the file. It would be cool to split the window so you could view that stuff at the same time you are editing code.
