Diptrace libraries

Does anyone have libraries for parallax parts for use with diptrace? I tried to make my own bs2, bs1, and FTDI part lib and it worked somewhat. But a problem shows up when trying to layout a pcb, the error says my part doesn't have a package and my part doesn't show up on the pcb.

I've been fighting this for a few days and now I've run out ideas on how to get this to work. This is the first pcb program I've been able to use within a few minutes of installing it.

You have to create a pattern in the pattern editor, and then attach it in the component editor. Then when you go to create a pcb, all the pads will be there. This is what it is referring to when it says you don't have a package.
