I'm trying to download the Easy Bluetooth Software (.zip), but when I do it keeps telling me to select what kind of stamp I have and it brings up the Stamp Editor software. I'm having a lot of trouble and I need to finish this project fast. Any help would b appreciated.

The Stamp Editor has a menu item to select the Stamp model you're using. You need to have a look at the help file or download the "Basic Stamp Syntax and Reference Manual" from the main Parallax website. Click on the "Resources" tab, then select "Downloads", then "Stamp Documentation".

When I click to download the Easy Bluetooth Software (.zip), it lets me open or save the file. When I open it, it trys to open in BASIC Stamp editor. I thought it was an application that has to run not opened. I have Vista. Is that a problem?

The .zip files are archives that contain a variety of things, usually documentation (.doc or .pdf) and sample code (.bs2). I don't have Vista, but I would expect it would open the archive and extract its contents. The .bs2 programs will invoke the Stamp Editor which is needed to edit or compile them. If you don't have the Stamp Editor, you can download it from Parallax. Go to their main webpage and click on the Resources tab, then select Downloads, then Stamp Software.

The problem is that it is not opening by itself. It's using other programs on my computer to open such as Adobe, Microsoft Word and BASIC Stamp Editor

You should save the file (to a place of your choosing) then right click on that file and select 'extract'. Then you will see all the files you downloaded and click on the application program you want to start.
