Replacing a potentiometer

Hi,

How can I replace a potentiometer as shown in this circuit?

The circuit is a DC motor controller with a 100k pot. I want to use Stamp to control the resistance with an AD5220 digital potentiometer.
Do I connect the ground of the circuit to the ground of the Stamp, and then A, W, and B terminals to the circuit?

Thanks.

The VDD and Ground should go to the stamp side so that your cs, clock and data pins will work.

I believe the What is a Micro Controller Book has a section on using digital pots.

Thanks. The examples from Parallax are with only one voltage source, I will try and see.
