Opposite way of Freqout..?

Anyone know about a way to make a kind of FREQIN? Like an opposite way of FREQOUT?
The idea was to send·different sinewave signals into the Stamp from a remote transmitter and then let the Stamp make desicions out of the frequency.
Example
Feed pin1 with 10kHz -->· pin2 goes High
Feed pin1 with 20Khz·-->· pin2 goes Low.
I am sure the Stamp itself can't handle this but are there IC's of any kind that can help the BS here?
