@Ken: Where can I find more details about the extrusion referred to in this thread
http://forums.parallax.com/showthread.php?p=812333
I know it takes pcbs 1.35" wide.
How wide is it between the inner ledges of the extrusion so I know how far from the pcb edge the tracks must be?
What is the overall width, height and hole placement and size? (so I can make pcb endplates)
I understand the pcbs can be stacked in multiples of 1/8" - is this correct?
This might be just what I am looking for

Here are the dimensions you need:
The end panel attachment holes should be sized for a #8 screw.
