Missing part in the Boe-Bot Robot kit

Hello all, I have just discovered that my Boe-Bot kit is missing both IR detectors. It should have both of them. I ordered the kit on 6/22/09 and today is 7/15/09. Will you think I can get a replacement for free? I know I could be lying but really, can I get a replacement for free? I'm really disappointed at how the parallax people check the kits. If someone out there who had this problem before, please answer my question. Thanks everyone for your support.

    All you have to do is call Parallax and they will promptly send you out the missing parts free of charge, I think.

    I want to add that Parallax has the BEST CUSTOMER SUPPORT EVER!!!!!!
