Does anybody have a BOM for these boards?
I picked them up from the scrap pile at UPEW and a friend there helped me solder on a few components to them. I can guess some of the missing parts, but I have no Idea what the rest of them are.
looks like they are already populated with all parts. bottom is a generic BGA adapter use any BGA chip up to that big. others have pads for different sized parts.

We can't supply these components as many of them we no longer stock. You'll spend a lot of money to build these up if you can procure all of the components on your own. I wouldn't recommend pursuing a finished design. The PCB you have may even be an early prototype; it's possible it has a functional issue.
The other two products are very old ansd were discontinued a long time ago. Our network records have been archived off already.
Thanks Ken,
I may assemble one propeller control board, but like you said, it would be expensive. Andrew at the convention stripped the propeller from a dead demo board and soldered it to this one, but theres no guarantee that it even works. I think it was just a fried regulator on the demo board. Do you also have a layout of the board where it shows where the components go? I know where most go, but in some areas it gets a little hazy, like the magneto input pin protection circuit. Also, I think these PCBs may have been left over from production, as these boards have been discontinued, but I may be wrong.
I was planning to use the Cyclone fast pack to start developing things on FPGAs, but that is pretty difficult. For the PCB, I know that the cyclone requires 1.5v and a whole ton of bypass capacitors, but the "PX loader" and the RS-232 specifics are beyond me. I have absolutely no intention of assembling the other board, as it is BGA, and don't have the right tools to solder that crazy mess. I'll see what part hunting for these boards leads me to...

Thank you once again for your support at the UPEW! I'm loving my PPDB and all the other fun stuff you donated through the "Parallax Welfare program". Hopefully I can go again next year for more excitement and learning. Meeting Randy (the energetic contractor with intentions to conquer the world) and all the great people at the UPEW made for a wonderful weekend.
