Speaker tone

Had conducted a class using a single speaker.· By varying the sound with the frequency·and duration and got students excited.· However, as students self-explored the simple sound becomes noise.· Wonder if it is possible to output·a simple music tune such as "Happy birthday" for a speaker.

It most certainly is! Take a look at What's a Microcontroller Chapter 8. It covers playing songs such as: Twinkle Twinkle Little Star, Frere Jacques, For He's a Jolly Good Fellow, and more.
