    I would like to make a gigantic purple dinosaur that talks and sings. People would find it very annoying and soon grow to hate it, even though it would have a huge cult following and the ability to draw large numbers(in the sand).

    International applicants are encouraged to submit their projects.
    Unfortunately, as the deadline has passed, the question is moot.
