Source code for Propellant-like program?

Hi!

In my toolchain, such a thing is missing.
I only need to download an image to the Prop's RAM after resetting it. I know that there was posted some code years ago(I only need the communication-fragment), but I could not find it.

No bells and whistles required, but the source (need to write my own program with special features).

I intend to use that for a command-line version of the yet-non-existent 3PServer that will do some merging of different images to automate the download pain I have right now (click here, click there, don't forget to adjust this and that knob, edit this file, ...)

The goal is, that I can even use C-header files (but only with #defines) to properly put the different programs to pre#define-d locations in EEPROM).

TIA,
Nick

There was a Python downloader posted long ago.· I believe there's a link posted in Graham Stabler's Pretty Good Thread Index off one of the "sticky threads".· I modified it for my own use·to run nicely on the MacOS since selecting serial ports works differently.

    Python, yes, this it was!
I only need the how-too. Will look for it tomorrow (quite late here).

There's the thread with almost any language available. smile.gif
