i need help urgently... communication between two basic stamp2 and Uart

hi to all expert,

················· can anyone guide me through the communication between two basic stamp, which eventually command come actuator and also how to Uart between the two Basic stamp? Is the communication lies with the Uart?

How to test out whether they are communicating with each other?
