Program Slots Vs variables

I am using the BSp and am confused as to the amount of variables. I have used most of them in one slot, and see that one is being overwritten by a variable in another slot. Is this normal? Are there 26 in each slot or 26 total?

There are only 26 bytes of variables. They are the same variables in each slot, effectively shared across all the slots.

But, if you need more RAM space, don't overlook scratchpad RAM which uses GET and PUT for access.
