Pb with VDIP1 of FTDI ( in mode spi ) usb key not detected

HI
I use VDIP1 of FTDI
I want use VDIP1 only
I connect the alimentation 0 + 5V
I set the Pin AD3 on 0V with a resistor·(value 1k)
see attachement
I insert the USB key ( I have try with several keys differents )
When the J3=0 and J4 = 3,3V the VDIP1 don't detect the USB key
When the J3=3,3V and J4 = 3,3V the VDIP1· detect the USB key and the Key is enumerate
Have you an explanation ?
