Detecting carbon monoxide in a smoking lounge and a casino

Hello, I want to implement a system for detecting carbon monoxide in a smoking lounge and a casino, if it exceeds the parameters must be activated to extract air. Also:
1 .- I need to clearly define a sensor to be used.
2 .- Type of data delivery to the sensor reading.
3 .- How can I carry the signal from the sensor to the monitoring station and through that medium and that protocol.
4 .- How can I exploit the fact that delivery to the alarm line to extraction equipment.
5 .- cable type and length of cable so you do not have loss of signal (aproximadament 120 m. The sensor further from the monitoring station) is also needed if consulto amplifier.
5 .- How many signals you can receive the monitoring station. (with respect to the sensors that can connect to it)
6 .- The monitoring station can be connected to Internet or intranet? that protocol?
7 .- Power station monitoring
8 .- Each square, or how many cubic meters should be installed sensors (to cover area: 2660 m ^ 2 and 5.3 m height = 14048m ^ 3)
Thanks in advance and expecting a prompt response, I cordially dismissal.

from your questions I conclude that you have almost no experience in that field.
As carbon MONOxide is a high danger to life I recommend to make a contract with a professional company
that has experience in things like that to build a professional solution.
If you want a cheap solution: make the air-extraction running all the time and a simple watchdog that gives an alert if the system fails
combined with an air-heatexchanger to save heating-energy through the wintertime.
or simply use one of this carbon-monoxide warning systems like smoke detectors that start a loud beeping if
they detect carbon monoxide
if somebody dies inside your rooms
even the money to just get out of jail until judging will be more than a professional solution will cost
